Let’s get sweaty together!!! Some days, a power-walk outside is a no-go… maybe due to weather or maybe you just don’t feel like it. That’s when this aerobics exercise workout will be just the ticket! I kept the steps simple, but still fun and challenging in this 30 minute all-standing cardio workout. You’ll get your heart rate up and burn a whole lotta calories. Since we can’t get to our fitness or SilverSneakers classes right now, this can be a fun at-home alternative for you… no equipment needed!
