One hour interval training exercise class for seniors and beginners!

This is a great workout for all ages and levels; however, it is geared toward active seniors. Comes with a warm up, lots of short duration exercises (cardio, lower body, and upper body) and a cooldown with stretches. It is helpful if you can do this near a step and helpful if you have a pair of handweights (soup cans will do!). Enjoy! Please consult a doctor before starting any exercise program.
