In this session, we’re adopting the use of resistance bands to add some resistance to our simple routines.

Using bands is a great way to get a little more work out of your movements which is a great way to help strengthen your muscles and add flexibility.

The movement in this session when adding resistance bands will help you with things you do every day like lifting objects, walking, balance and overall wellness.
