Hey Everyone,

Excuse the delay in getting this video out, I have been working on many things behind the scene. In this video, we go through how to do some simple shoulder exercises.

SIMPLE SHOULDER EXERCISES FOR SENIORS
Complete the following as below and you’ve got a great exercise routine for the shoulders!
Warm Up
Shoulder Rolls – 30 seconds
Scapula Retractions – x 10-15
Shoulder & Arm stretch – 60 seconds
Overhead Shoulder and Arm Stretch – 60 seconds
Exercises – Seated
Seated Shoulder Flexions – x 10-15
Seated Shoulder Extensions – x 10-15
Seated Shoulder Press- Ups – x 10-15
Exercise – Standing
Shoulder Flexions – x 10-15
Shoulder abductions – x 10-15
Shoulder extensions – x 10-15
