Stretching Exercises For Seniors | My Favourite Stretches For Seniors (13 Mins)

In this video, we go through some of my favourite stretches for the upper and lower body.

Here is the routine:
Static Stretching Routine: Hold each stretch for 30 seconds
1. Shoulder Rolls x 5
2. Next extension
3. Chest stretch
4. Shoulder and arm overhead stretch
5. Lumbar spine extension
6. Quadriceps Stretch
7. Groin stretch
8. Hamstring stretch
9. Hip flexion
10. Ankle Circles – Clockwise and Anti-Clockwise x 5 each day
